This Privacy Policy applies to the activities of Ticket Max Pte Ltd (trading as “TicketMax Fiji”) a company duly incorporated in Fiji and having its registered address in Suva, Fiji. It explains how TicketMax Fiji handles personal information and complies with the requirements of privacy laws in Fiji.

TicketMax Fiji only collects personal information that is necessary for business purposes. Our purpose in collecting information about you is to provide you with event providers tickets as required. TicketMax Fiji uses personal information in several different ways in operating the TicketMax platform and our business, and most of these uses are clear from the circumstances. TicketMax Fiji provides personal information to event providers that facilitate your ticket purchases and event attendance. Otherwise TicketMax Fiji does not routinely disclose personal information, except where it is necessary to provide you with an event ticket that you have requested. This means that individuals and organisations outside of TicketMax Fiji, such as event providers will sometimes have access to personal information held by TicketMax Fiji and may use it on behalf of TicketMax Fiji.
