SUVA COOK-OFF

With the theme "Gourmet Street Food" the Suva Cook-Off will show case the talent of street food business owners and culinary students in Fiji where they will get the opportunity to show case a savoury or sweet food item to all that will be present on the night.

There will be a panel of judges featuring our very own Chef Phillipe Garand to finally decide who the winner is and the ticket holders will also be given an opportunity to taste-test food prepared by the Cook-Off participants and get their votes in also as to who they think should be the winner. The food items produced by Cook-Off participant's will be judged on Creativity, Taste and Presentation. 

We will have entertainment, refreshments, lots of giveaways and heaps of fun. The Suva Cook-Off is a fundraiser for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Council under the Fiji Commerce Employers Federation (FCEF) to support the advocacy work that we carry out in the MSME space in Fiji.
