Sina: celebrating the return of the Oceania Dance Theatre & Pasifika Voices

SINA marks the highly anticipated return of large-scale theatre at The University of the South Pacific’s Oceania Centre for Arts, Culture & Pacific Studies (OCACPS). Inspired by the beloved Pacific legend of Sina and the Eel, this original contemporary stage production reimagines a story shared across the Blue Pacific through powerful storytelling, dance, music, and visual artistry.

Bringing together the renowned Oceania Dance Theatre and Pasifika Voices, alongside the debut of the Oceania Dance Academy, SINA celebrates Pacific identity, creativity, and cultural heritage while showcasing the extraordinary talent of local artists. Join us at USP Laucala Campus on 7–8 August for a spectacular theatrical experience that honours our stories, our people, and our shared oceanic heritage.
