Our guest speakers include Chris Robinson and joining us again in 2026 is John and Antoinette Griffin- who are all certified John Maxwell Leadership Team Faculty.

Chris Robinson: Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Maxwell Leadership Team and author of the new book "DRIFT to DRIVE" which is a key focus of the Symposium in 2026.
Beginning as a Senior Sales Manager, Chris realized his niche for recognizing the strengths and overcoming the weak areas of business and he helped grow the company from 18 employees to over 700. 
A growth oriented visionary, Chris soon began to expand R3 coaching to fully meet today's personal and business needs. 
Chris has the ability to assess a situation, recognize the problem, and lay a solid, workable plan of action that empowers the business or individual involved.

John Griffin: He is a seasoned leadership coach and trainer, who has been empowering individuals and organizations to achieve greater relationships, results, and revenue for over 18 years. He serves as the Vice President of Global Programs at EQUIP Leadership & Maxwell Leadership Foundation, where he leverages his expertise in leadership development to help create and expand impactful programs and initiatives.

Antoinette Griffin: She is a John Maxwell Leadership Team Executive Director and Teaching Faculty member. Her focus is working with introverted high performers and leaders. She also teaches at the University of Texas Center for Professional Education, taking a class designed for introverted business professionals.
